About the event
This group is a space for dads and other male carers to meet to talk about the joys and challenges of raising a child with additional needs (be that physical, developmental or intellectual). Members meet over tea and coffee and chat offer advice based on their own experiences both in dealing with similar behaviours, or through accessing various services or groups to gain support with a particular issue. The group is run by a dad who has experience in supprting families, and is supported by the Helping Hands Service and Serennu Children's Centre.
